I have been using Citrix Support products for many years and it is hard to fine a simpler product to use that encompasses all of the features that they do. It makes me happy to send out this notice that we are now signed up as a partner now for their products and I will be outlining over the next few days a brief overview of each of their products and how they can best be used.
