What Connected Community of Health Means to Members of North Shore-LIJ Health System

New video on Allscripts TV that talks about North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System’s approach to giving access to their medical care facilities so that the information is available for better patient care. Very interest approach that is a good model for what we are hoping to see come together in a connected community of health care.
