Microsoft releases Service Pack 1 for Window 7
February 22nd began delivering Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1for public consumption. Make sure that you uninstall and pre-releases of SP1 before installing this RTM (Release to Manufacturing) version on your machine. You can get the downloads here. During the process of downloading the update you will have to validate your version of the software.
