With the release of Camtasia Studio 7 there are quite a few features that will make you video capture more streamlined. One of these features is the ability to capture audio directly from your system's speaker output as well as the video. I used to accomplish this by plugging my speaker output back into my microphone input. Now it can be handled with a simple on screen click.
