csStudio6_right_hires copyWe are a big fan of all of TechSmith’s products, some that cost money and others that free. If you are serious about providing company demo videos, or video tutorials Camtasia Studio is the perfect product for you. Camtasia Studio is a powerful screen recording and editing package that allows you to produce stunning videos of our video projects. You can easily record onscreen activity in front of an audience or from your desk, capture PowerPoint presentations, webcam video, audio and much more. You can then share your videos at any screen size instantly to YouTube, Screencast.com, your webpage or blog, and portable devices like the iPhone.

So what is new in Version 7? You will now be able to store callouts, title slides or an entire intro sequence for reuse. You can Copy and Paste transitions, zooms and other effects or add them to your library. You have the ability to upload your video in HD-quality to YouTube directly without leaving Camtasia Studio.

Some enhanced capabilities has been added to using callouts. You now have new callout styles and an easy method of making your own callout templates that now support image transparency as well. A new callout feature is the ability to display keystrokes that you use in your video recording as a graphic overlay and you have the ability to add motion callouts to draw attention to important items with animated shapes that appear as hand drawn animations..

The demos provided showing the enhancements to Camtasia Studio 7 are mind boggling. Most are just what I was waiting for as enhancements to our editing capabilities. If you want to see these new features in action view the demo page or contact us see a demo of the product.
