Adobe admits users vulnerable after downloading Reader

Computerworld is reporting that Adobe admits a flaw in their update process for Adobe Reader. You may not have the most up to date version running that includes the security fixes that are currently available. There are more and more exploits being developed by hackers directed specifically at PDF file technology and it is important that you keep your Adobe Reader software up to date with the latest fixes.  Adobe is promising changes in their auto-updater program to try to fix the update problems with Adobe Reader but they haven’t yet specified what those fixes are going to be. So for the time being, make sure you are aware of the current versions available and get yourself updated.
